MARTINSBURG, West Virginia, Oct. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release: Donald McDuffin Williams, age 49, of Baltimore, Maryland, has admitted to the possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
