W.Va. U.S. Attorney: West Virginia Residents Admit to Drug Trafficking
ELKINS, West Virginia, Oct. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Three West Virginia residents have admitted to methamphetamine trafficking in the Northern District of West Virginia.
In separate cases, Richard Emery Delphey, 52, of Elkins, West Virginia; Michele Charisse Stewart, 47, of Hillsboro, West Virginia; and Lacrisha Leslie Lamb, 43, of Belington, West Virginia, each pled guilty to the distribution of metham
