Ark. U.S. Attorney: Bryant Man Sentenced to 20 Years in Federal Prison for Conspiracy to Possess With Intent to Distribute Fentanyl
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Oct. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas issued the following news release on Oct. 17, 2024:
Montiz Tucker, a multi-convicted felon, will spend the next 20 years in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl. Jonathan D. Ross, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, announced the sentence, which was handed down today by United States District Judge D.P. Marshall, Jr.

FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas, Oct. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas issued the following news release:
The final member of a Northwest Arkansas drug trafficking organization was sentenced to federal prison for crimes related to the Distribution of Methamphetamine. The Honorable Judge Timothy L. Brooks presided over the sentencing hearings for the United States District Court in Fayetteville.
