CLARKSBURG, West Virginia, Oct. 10 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release: Todd Eugene Haynes, age 49, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 10 years in federal prison for the distribution of methamphetamine.
