Today, Rep. Frank Mrvan, Vice Chairman of the Congressional Steel Caucus, along with Congressional Steel Caucus Chairman Rick Crawford (AR-01), submitted testimony to the International Trade Commission (ITC) during their hearing on unfair imports of rebar from several countries.
