Tech startups boosted by a program to support entrepreneurs building a new business based on technology developed at the University of Dayton each received $200,000 awards from the State of Ohio Technology Validation Startup Fund.

University of Dayton Set to Confer Record Number of Undergraduate Degrees at Spring Commencement
DAYTON, Ohio, May 1 -- The University of Dayton issued the following news:
The University of Dayton expects to confer approximately 2,170 degrees, including an all-time high of approximately 1,710 undergraduate degrees, during commencement ceremonies May 4-5 at University of Dayton Arena.
The record for undergraduate degrees is 1,582, set in 2021. The record for overall degrees awarded at a spring commencement ceremony is 2,185, set last year.
Final numbers will be confirmed in late June.

Wright State University: Fortune Ranks Wright State's Part-Time MBA Program Among the Nation's Best Again
KENT, Ohio, May 1 -- Wright State University issued the following news:

Fortune has ranked Wright State University's part-time MBA program among the nation's best for 2024, the third time the program has garnered such a ranking since 2022.
The part-time Master of Business Administration program, offered by the Wright State Raj Soin College of Business, was ranked No. 48 out of the nation's top 50 programs and is the only Dayton-area program included in the ranking.
