FREDONIA, New York, Jan. 7 (TNSfund) -- The State University of New York Fredonia campus issued the following news: The New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) has awarded a $10,000 grant to Department of Visual Arts and New Media Professor Tim Frerichs to support "Waterways," a project that will focus on Lake Chautauqua and its water systems as representative of Western New York waterways.
