WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 5324) to "amend the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act of 2018 to extend the existing aviation workforce development programs and provide grants to develop aviation manufacturing and supplier workforce."
