Sen. Paul Introduces Bill to Amend Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974
WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 5303) to "amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to allow health marketplace pools to be deemed an employer under section 3(5) of such Act for purposes of offering a group health plan or group health insurance coverage."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 20. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.

Sen. Paul Introduces Bill to Increase Limitations on Contributions to Health Savings Accounts
WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 5302) to "amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the limitations on contributions to health savings accounts."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 20 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Cynthia M. Lummis, R-Wyo. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
