WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Neb., has introduced legislation (S. 5145) to "amend the Clean Air Act with respect to the ethanol waiver for Reid Vapor Pressure under that Act."

Sen. Rounds Introduces Bill on Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Benefit Programs
WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Mike Rounds, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (S. 5149) to "amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to exclude independent agents and brokers from requirement to record calls with beneficiaries under the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Benefit programs."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 30 and was co-sponsored by Sen. James Risch, R-Idaho. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.

Sen. Thune Introduces Bill to Reauthorize ReConnect Loan & Grant Program
WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (S. 5137) to "amend the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 to reauthorize and improve the ReConnect loan and grant program."
